My husband and I went to Tyumen for the weekend, to swim in the springs, to see the city. We booked one apartment in advance, after a while we were offered another, explaining that those who lived there extended their stay.
The hotel sucks, there is no toilet paper, the bed linen was brought after the call, the handles on the furniture were torn off. There is no cash on the door. The apartment is like a warehouse, two washing machines and a bunch of broken household appliances in the closets.
Perhaps one of the best hotels in Tyumen. Located in the very center of the city. New, respectively, there are no complaints about furniture, appliances, etc. The staff is polite, they quickly do their job, the breakfasts are decent.
Some time ago, my work involved constant business trips around Russia. I was rarely at home. For two years I had to work in Tyumen and the Tyumen region. Tyumen, Zavodoukovsk, Tobolsk, Yalutorovsk, Uray, Labytnangi, etc.
The hotel is located in the center of Tyumen, two steps from the historical center and the Tura river embankment. The hotel was built in 2009, the furniture and plumbing are in good condition, the employees are excellent: efficient, smiling, well trained.
We ended up in this hotel quite by accident. In three other hotels that were suitable for the money, while we were trying to book rooms, for some reason there were always no places already.
We booked an apartment for a month from Yekaterinburg, clarified in advance whether it was necessary to pay for the reservation, they said that it was not necessary (it pleased), on the day of arrival they called back to confirm the reservation.
Our check-in was done quickly and on time. After a while, the owners appeared - COCKROACHES, when asked by the administrator if there were others without cockroaches, the answer was clear: We have all apartments without cockroaches!
I liked the hotel. And its location is very convenient. I liked the fact that they settled earlier than the estimated time (it is at 12 noon, we were settled at 9 am). Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
