We came to "Valdai Eco Club" for the second time. It got even better. Very beautiful Christmas tree. Lucky it hasn't crumbled yet. And there were horses for riding. Try profiterole, very tasty with coffee. The recipe is not given, the chef's secret. Similar ate in a small French cafe on a narrow street in the tiny town of Pé rignon, but there, too, they did not give a recipe. Nice winter evening and amazing that it is in Russia.
