We arrived with a friend by train, in Bologoye we were met by the hotel driver, who helped us carry our luggage to the car. I recommend to get this way, it's very convenient. The hotel is very beautiful. Amazing design. I would like to see everything in detail. The room has everything you need. At dinner there was live music and a fireplace was burning.

" When I showed her the remnants of dried food on the forks, she nevertheless brought us new ones. But the worst came later. For dessert they brought pancakes with strawberry jam. And suddenly a worm crawled out from under the pancake! I, without raising a panic, took the plate with the worm to the girl, she took it with a straight face, without apologizing, and without offering another dessert. It's a pity, the place is amazing, and the staff is terrible. How can you feed guests and especially children with such negligence! In addition, terrible audibility in the rooms and old plumbing. The room was never cleaned for 2 days. For the sake of objectivity, I’ll say that there are a lot of pluses - beautiful territory, baths, fishing, boating, horseback riding, an eco-farm. If you go there, then live in a cottage and cook for yourself.

The discovery of this fact was preceded by a curious dialogue between the girl at the reception and the maid on the radio. - You removed number 11? - Yes, yesterday. -But people just left today, check again. After some time, the maid reports that the room is ready. I go up to the second floor, and in a hurry I find a made bed + a crib, a beer bottle on the balcony + a bag of chips. The number was not cleared. I must say that the same cleaning policy during the days of our holiday has not changed. Then the epic with the restaurant begins. We did the right thing by not taking complex meals, which at that time cost 1.750 rubles. per day: ) to be honest, it is impossible to remember without laughter. So in the restaurant, they served a printed mini menu, something that could be obtained quickly. and was informed that dishes from the a la carte menu need to be ordered 3 hours in advance. "After all, the meat still needs to be thawed, " the young waitress said confidentially. I didn't like the dinner, and we sent the "fried vegetables" ordered at dinner to the kitchen. vegetables consisted of burnt onions, burnt eggplants, the same carrots and a piece of zucchini that miraculously got into this composition. the manager apologized, saying that we were having dinner at the expense of the restaurant, but the fact that we ordered gastronomic pleasure did not bring. we were told that the cook, who worked perfectly, no longer works. and next week, they say, another one should come. but we didn’t have this week : ) when you have breakfast for 300 rubles, you want to get something edible and varied. when you order a plate of fruit, you don't expect two pieces of apple and two dead apricots for 100 rubles. It took me three days to explain my desire to eat a simple vegetable salad. It's strange that in August there is such an extensive selection of seasonal products: fruits, berries, vegetables, that you can make so many dishes with an extra charge that is convenient for the restaurant and the quality is pleasant for customers. I especially felt sorry for the poor students who worked there as waiters. . we were clearly not the most benevolent customers. The guys constantly forgot spoons/forks/plates, confused orders, asked us at breakfast "whether we came to sit like this or we will order something : )))))". It would be nice to do staff training, otherwise, as usual, they pay little or no pay at all, the turnover is high, customers suffer. I hope the owners find time to look into the level of service and quality of food. And it’s a pity that it’s so difficult to relax in Russia : ))))
