After some time, the maid reports that the room is ready. I go up to the second floor, and in a hurry I find a made bed + a crib, a beer bottle on the balcony + a bag of chips. The number was not cleared. I must say that the same cleaning policy during the days of our holiday has not changed. Then the epic with the restaurant begins. We did the right thing by not taking complex meals, which at that time cost 1.750 rubles. per day: ) to be honest, it is impossible to remember without laughter. So in the restaurant, they served a printed mini menu, something that could be obtained quickly. and was informed that dishes from the a la carte menu need to be ordered 3 hours in advance. "After all, the meat still needs to be thawed, " the young waitress said confidentially. I didn't like the dinner, and we sent the "fried vegetables" ordered at dinner to the kitchen. vegetables consisted of burnt onions, burnt eggplants, the same carrots and a piece of zucchini that miraculously got into this composition. the manager apologized, saying that we were having dinner at the expense of the restaurant, but the fact that we ordered gastronomic pleasure did not bring. we were told that the cook, who worked perfectly, no longer works. and next week, they say, another one should come. but we didn’t have this week : ) when you have breakfast for 300 rubles, you want to get something edible and varied. when you order a plate of fruit, you don't expect two pieces of apple and two dead apricots for 100 rubles. It took me three days to explain my desire to eat a simple vegetable salad. It's strange that in August there is such an extensive selection of seasonal products: fruits, berries, vegetables, that you can make so many dishes with an extra charge that is convenient for the restaurant and the quality is pleasant for customers. I especially felt sorry for the poor students who worked there as waiters. . we were clearly not the most benevolent customers. The guys constantly forgot spoons/forks/plates, confused orders, asked us at breakfast "whether we came to sit like this or we will order something : )))))". It would be nice to do staff training, otherwise, as usual, they pay little or no pay at all, the turnover is high, customers suffer. I hope the owners find time to look into the level of service and quality of food. And it’s a pity that it’s so difficult to relax in Russia : ))))
