I was very outraged by this behavior, I asked for a meeting with the manager, waited for her, then tried to talk with the hostess, on the phone, but she was rude and hung up. Absolutely boorish behavior, from the category, they lay softly, but it's hard to sleep. I would never have thought that this was possible, somehow we had already moved away from rudeness a long time ago, and it seemed to me that with a healthy, current competition, hotel owners are interested in guests, it turned out not. Tidy, clean rooms are not enough to attract guests, you still need at least decency, but unfortunately I didn’t see it at the Villa Lana hotel. I travel a lot around the world, and I stay in many hotels, but I have never seen anything like this, but I know that if the owner or the hotel administration refuses to check in in less than a day without explaining the reasons, then they are obliged to pay a penalty, but before this hotel , I think civilization has not yet reached, and therefore they behave this way.
