We were from 11.03 to 13.03, 2017.
We chose this hotel based on reviews and price. In the end, we were very disappointed! We paid 6.300 rubles for 2 nights, breakfast is not included! Price and quality do not match!
Booked online, Superior room, double and indicated 1 large bed.
When we checked in, we were given room 2417. Entering the room, it was clear that it was a family room: 1 large bed + 1 single. At the same time, the toilet was leaking in the room, but the most surprising thing is the view from the window to the wall, which is located quite close to the window.

Having gone down to the reception, we asked to change the room, to which the reception staff told us to pay more, then we will change the room for you, referring to the fact that we paid only for the Standard! We showed the booking confirmation on booking. com that we had ordered a Superior, in response we received an answer that this is a Standard number. The question is, how can it be? ! In fact, the Superior room is higher than the Standard, but this hotel has its own rules.
As a result, the hotel manager, in a raised voice, stood in the whole hall and proved that they had all the rooms: 1 large bed + 1 single bed. To be honest, the attitude towards guests is just shocking, how can a hotel manager stand and scream when you point out a mistake? ! After long trials, we were still shown a room with 1 large bed (! ), like so, some kind of miracle!

And now about the room: smoking room and smoky (were forced to buy an air freshener); carpet on the floor, which has not been cleaned for a very long time; dirt/dust/smell everywhere; built-in ancient air conditioner that is not cleaned; the cabinets smell musty; the light is turned on from the remote control by the bed, which almost does not work; terribly dirty glass on the window, with smudges; dust on curtains and lamps; hair dryer is creepy and found it when we left, but it was apparently torn off the wall; an old bath with yellow smudges and chips; bad sockets for wires; channels on TV work with interference; the kettle is a separate issue - old, dirty and dangerous to use; there are no balconies in the rooms! You live in a room and breathe dust all the time! These are the rooms offered by this hotel. The photos are not true, the whole hotel has dirty and greasy glass on the windows and the main door to the hotel.
