The staff pretends that they don’t understand English, if you give a couple of baht they immediately begin to understand (or you can hold the skin for a couple of seconds). Managers are arrogant to the limit. Fill out the correct paperwork and keep track of invoices. We were kinzlied for 1500 baht, supposedly prepaid for a bar we didn't use.
