The hotel promised to be good in all respects (still, for that kind of money), the beach is very well located (it ends with a rock, because there is no walk-through courtyard), the villa is spacious and with a great view (we had and have - I write directly from the hotel - the so-called Beach Villa, this is a big house right on the beach), breakfast is rather modest, tea and coffee are also not very edible, but we didn’t really care - there are kettles in the room, and we had decent drinks with us.
More serious troubles began a couple of days after arrival. There were termites in the house. If you're a fan of Animal Planet shows, then you have a chance to be in almost one of them. I had only seen this before on TV, when the entire floor and the entire huge glass door turned black from the number of these "beautiful" winged insects. It is almost useless to fight, they are simply sprayed with ordinary insecticides (and all this “wonderful” smells in the room), then they are raked out with a dustpan and a broom, and in the morning you enjoy their wings flying around the room. Only from the bed and from your cosmetics, no one will especially rake them out. Here, in general, no one really bothers with cleaning. In the 10 days that we have been here, there has NEVER been wet cleaning, if you have dropped something on the floor, then you will have to clean it yourself, the young ladies will come to clean it only with the same brooms.
To top it off, it can be noted that the hotel staff almost does not speak English, with the exception of three people who know a few basic expressions. At the reception, you can still somehow explain yourself, but in the restaurant it’s almost on your fingers. By the way, the reception is open only from 7.00 to 22.00, the rest of the time, solve all your problems yourself.

The Internet here is paid, unlimited costs $ 50 per week, which also surprised at least. The limit one ends much earlier than the set minutes.
Rest in the hotel almost one Russian (at least for our New Year holidays). The sunbeds are occupied by everyone to grab a seat, we occupy them until 7 in the morning.
Of course, for sure there are rooms without termites, there are very cozy rooms on the mountain with a private mini-pool, but the restaurant charges a fee for delivering breakfast there, because it’s too lazy for them to go up the mountain.
Money disappears in the room (moreover, they do not waste time on small things and take it in a big way - 300 dollars, 500 euros). It is clear that it was not very wise to leave a wallet in the room and it could happen anywhere, but there is little pleasant.
