Hello! Rested with my husband in this hotel from 10.07 to 24.07. 2011. There can be no talk of any 5 or 4 stars. Our room was on the 20th floor with a sea view. The room is not very clean, ants, the air conditioner leaked on the third day, the safe did not work. When you talk about it at the reception and ask to fix it, they tell you "yes, of course", but they don't do anything. The breakfast at the hotel is good. Linen and towels are changed every day. In front of the pool, sunbeds are free, and on the sea there, private traders already take money for sunbeds (80-100 baht per person). We took towels and sunbathed on the sand. The hotel is far enough from the center to catch a "tuk-tuk" (on our minibus) you need to walk a kilometer. Near the hotel there is practically no infrastructure. Nothing works in the hotels: the bar or restaurant is closed, the shop is always closed, also does not work, the gym is closed, and so on. We saw that the hotels on some floors are currently being renovated. I would not recommend this hotel.
