Good day to all!!! ! We stayed at the hotel in March 2012. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were given the keys to our room, which was not removed from the departed tourists... We had to look for those who would clean the room for us and wait for check-in for almost 3 hours. But the problems didn't end there. When we checked into the room, we found that the air conditioner was leaking heavily - we solved this problem for almost 3 days, getting up at night every hour and wiping the floor and table with towels, although we contacted the hotel administration and our guide more than once. In addition, having moved the bed against the wall on the first night, we woke up all in ants, there were a lot of them. I would also like to say that the pool in the hotel is not very well located, namely at the entrance to the hotel and almost no one swims there. Breakfasts are very poor, although we have been resting in Pattaya for more than a year, there is something to compare with. Sometimes it was possible to have breakfast only with an egg, all other dishes were not replenished, although their assortment was very poor. The sea is about 10 minutes walk. In general, we did not like the hotel, I would not advise to rest in it.
