This year we rested at the Ambassador Inn Wing and were honestly shocked. . . Complete mismatch description. Firstly a 2* hotel. They settle in a building in which there is no repair: dirt, black walls, old furniture (junk), you will not find such a thing in Russia even in the most seedy hotel. . . We went from Pegasus. After contacting the guide of this company about changing the number, she did not even deign to go with us to the reception desk, offered to call her and hand over the phone to the Thai administrator of the building. We were offered to pay 400 baht per day for a room after renovation. Naturally, we agreed, because we did not want to rest in the barn. Every day we observed the same picture: they bring new tourists and settle in unrenovated rooms, after which someone cried, someone cursed, etc. They were also offered to pay extra and move. But not everyone counts on such expenses, because upon check-in they take a deposit of $ 100, which is not warned in Russia. The food is also disgusting. . My husband and I are positive people, not scandalous and ready for anything. But such conditions are an insult to any person. Complete discrepancy between price and quality.
