Good afternoon! We entrusted our trip to Natalie Tours... as it turned out, this is the only tour operator that accommodates tourists in this building. At least we were told so by representatives of other firms, when interviewing neighbors in the building, the words were confirmed. We were all victims of our tour operator - NATALIE TOURS!
So the first impression of the hull........... there were no words, there were only emotions, we were dumbfounded! I, as a representative of the weaker sex, simply burst into tears, and my young man, who served in the army, said that it was cozier and cleaner in their barracks...
In previous reviews about the service, everything is described... I have nothing to add... except that when we tried to change the room, we met a tourist from the Ocean building, who had a rest in this hotel for the 6th time! He said that he had visited all the buildings, and assured us that the rooms in their building were not much different from the Inn Wing, and the rooms in the Garden were even worse....and suggested that we show our room in the cool Garden..... to us really (in comparison) liked his number... and we did not assure him that ours was nothing like theirs! From this we concluded that even in the Inn Wing building, the rooms are different! And later it turned out that for them the surcharge is also decent, about 5000 rubles (for 10 days of stay)...
In general, as it turned out later, we made the right decision not to change the room and building, but spent this money on interesting excursions, so we practically were not in the room and in the building. Coming tired from excursions, we almost immediately passed out, there was no time to think about discomfort. Although there was one moment that prevented me from falling asleep - a lizard! I obviously did not please her with something, because she slept on the ceiling just above me! And forgive me - I didn’t give a shit about my pillow, the pillowcase on which, by the way, was not changed for me in 12 days! Although every morning when I left the room, I turned the pillow upside down so that the maid would finally change it! And when I came, I found out that the pillow was just turned upside down =))))))))
Now, remembering the rest, it is remembered with humor, and the negative from the body is blocked by the bright colors of Thailand! I liked the country very much, I want to return there, even if it will be Inn Wing again (although I hope not it! )
The territory of the hotel: a beautiful area, swimming pools, shops, a cheap market (souvenirs, fruits, clothes), a cafe and evening cafe tents - EVERYTHING was LIKEED! The sea is dirty, but we knew about it, it's wonderful on the islands!
