Очень хороший отель Very good hotel

Have stayed at this hotel three times already. The first time in June 2013 by chance and for a very short time. Just four days. The next two times (in October and November 2013) it was a conscious choice. Very good hotel. Stayed in a deluxe room. The room is good and spacious. Everything is fine and functioning properly. There is a clothes dryer on the balcony. When checking in, they always asked for a sunny side, and there were no problems with drying swimsuits.
There is only one swimming pool and a children's paddling pool adjoins it. Since the hotel is small, it is more than enough. There are enough sunbeds and umbrellas for such a small hotel. When people arrive, the staff puts additional sunbeds and umbrellas on the platform between the pool and beach access. So there are never any problems with sunbeds. There are two decorative waterfalls in the pool. They are noisy in my opinion. I always tried to stay on a sunbed away from these waterfalls.
The breakfasts are good. Diverse. Three times during the rains we dined at the hotel restaurant. The same is normal, but as always, rain was decisive for choosing a hotel restaurant.

Internet is normal. Throughout the hotel. Both in the room and by the pool. Password for seven days. Then you need to get a new one.
It is far from the hotel to the street, but every time you leave the hotel you are always offered to be taken to the street on a golf cart. We really always rent a moped and travel all over Pattaya ourselves. Not expensive and very informative. By the way, parking for a bike directly at the entrance to the hotel.
The beach is nearby. Maximum 30 meters. Very clean as it is not public but private. Therefore, every morning begins with cleaning. Even the bottom of the sea is cleaned at low tides. Incomparably cleaner than "hotel beaches"!!!! ! Terrible, dirty beaches DOR-SHADA RESORT BY THE SEA 4*, RAVINDRA BEACH RESORT & SPA 4*, BOTANY BEACH RESORT 4*, AMBASSADOR CITY JOMTIEN OCEAN WING 4*, PINNACLE GRAND JOMTIEN RESORT & SPA 3*. These are hotel beaches! Incredibly dirty!!!! ! Dong Tan Beach is incomparably cleaner!
Good location of the hotel. Quite close to the center. Also nearby is the Tepraya-Teprazit intersection. By Teprazit and everyone's favorite Lotus and BigCi. Also the night market.
Consider the peculiar orientation of Dong Tan Beach. Moreover, some of the regulars of this beach live in this hotel. And, accordingly, they relax here by the pool. Even if you treat them with tolerance (a fashionable word nowadays), then when they are located on neighboring sunbeds, you involuntarily notice that you stop looking at them more often than you would like. And at the same time you feel some kind of awkwardness. Strangely, they are not embarrassed by me, but I am embarrassed by the fact that they are around.
There were few children. True, I think the same because of the orientation of the beach and the hotel?
Near Jomtien. On the second street of Jomtien there is a good market and a lot of all kinds of food establishments. True, I write nearby, because on a moped. Probably a mile or so on foot. Maybe a little less.
We travel with Biblioglobus and Transaero. The reviews are the most positive.
