The hotel is poor.
Pros: nice swimming pool; normal breakfasts, albeit completely monotonous; location in the center, near the sea, near the "Festival", where you can eat inexpensively.
Cons: complete negligence of the staff towards cleaning - dirty windows in the rooms (especially the 3rd floor), dirty bed linen (washed, in holes), dirty bathroom (pubic, sorry, hair found during check-in, "cakes" on the walls and taps, dirty mirror, smell of sewerage, ugly towels) everywhere you look, in general... The furniture is pretty used... There are no balconies (only in the "lux" rooms, which are an absolute copy of the "superior", except for the presence of a balcony, overlooking the pool) - there is nowhere to dry clothes, in the room on the armchair, our beach towels at the end of the vacation acquired a persistent aroma of charm, thanks to the "Baron"... Soundproofing! You can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in the corridors and in all neighboring rooms. The hotel, at least during our stay, was a Chinese hostel. The Chinese move in flocks and simply do not know how to communicate quietly. It was possible to sleep in a short period from 3 am to 6 am... we slept on the beach. There is a safe (recently, before that, they also stole there), but apart from money / documents, nothing fits, even a 10 "laptop.

We are not snobs. We are not picky. Honestly. But the hotel is simply not comfortable.
There are better hotels in Pattaya, we know.
