The hotel is under Pegasus, so probably 70 percent of it is inhabited by Russians. My compatriots do not bother me, so there were no problems for me here. The hotel is located in the center of Pattaya, but there is no noise at night as the hotel is located, as it were, in the depths of the road. The rooms are clean and tidy, cleaning every day, bedding also changed every day. Probably more suitable for young people, because all nightlife is within walking distance from the hotel.
