It is better to go to the island of Kolarn on a motorbike 40 baht to the monkeys (Monkey Beach), there are simply no Chinese there, and in general the beach is calmer and cleaner. Sun loungers are still everywhere for 50 baht. Be careful with food! Everything is very spicy, I do not advise taking peeled fruits! Poisoned on the first day, because. unsanitary conditions everywhere, you must take pills with you, they even found coal with difficulty for 60 baht! On excursions, I definitely advise you to visit the River Kwai, if you haven’t been, dawn in the jungle, monkeys, elephants - it’s fabulous! Be careful with shopping, don’t buy anything in the first days until you understand the difference between prices and quality in stores and on the street. When leaving the country, 20 kg per person is required, if you are overloaded at the airport, pay 500 baht for each extra kilogram !! ! We bought fruits in a basket, of course, our eyes run wide, and we paid 7.500 baht for reloading at customs, so calculate your luggage in advance! You can eat well and cheaply at the Festival shopping center, from Camelot take a tuk-tuk and drive for about 15 minutes, if there are no traffic jams, you pass the Royal Garden Plaza (this is where the big red plane crashed into the building) you still have about the same amount, look at opposite side of the tuk-tuk movement.
