I'll start with bedbugs. I don't know where this information comes from. . . Maybe it all depends on the season? At least, if there were bedbugs in room 419, then they certainly won’t appear there for a long time! It was in this room that we disinfected ourselves upon arrival! This was business number 1, we were not going to wait to see if any living creatures were found in the room or not. As for the hotel itself: the most optimal location, everyone here is talking about it. And Walkin Street is very close, and the pier is within easy reach. Everyone writes that the hotel has a daily change of linen. Here I can argue. I accidentally spilled varnish on the sheet when I was painting my nails (who now sleeps on a sheet with glamorous pink dots - a separate hello from me! ). So, I was surprised when, on the 3rd day after the incident, I found these very specks on my seemingly washed and ironed sheet... One can only guess, maybe they just evaporate the linen right in the room and cover it again . . ? And the dust became more and more noticeable day by day, obviously no one wiped the furniture. But these are all trifles and everyday life, we went for the exotic, and we got it! And next time I will definitely stay in this hotel!
As for massage parlors. A friend went to the one just opposite Camelota. 200 baht - foot massage. He says so-so... I can say for myself: at the beginning of Walking Street, on the right is an excellent massage parlor, 150 baht per hour, again a foot massage. I advise everyone! Now the beaches. I don’t know about the city - I haven’t been. On Koh Lange, there are several beaches. For the first time on the pier we went to the ticket office. As it turned out later, no tickets needed to be taken. You give 30 baht directly when boarding the ferry (? ) steamboat (? ), only now I realized that I don’t know what I was sailing on all these days... : ) So, for the first time at the checkout they paid 150 baht (two end), we were loaded into a tuk-tuk and brought to the ferry itself. Before that, orange stickers were pasted on clothes. There are 3 colors of these stickers in total. And then, depending on the color of the sticker, we were gradually dropped off at three different beaches. Landing is extreme, without a pier, on a long thin boat that swayed on the waves: horror and beauty!! ! We were brought to the beach with a stingray, I don't remember the name. Sunbeds there 100 baht. As it turned out later, the best beach is Manki or the one to the right of the pier with emerald water. The one on the left is bigger, but it's crowded. In general, all the beaches are cool and the city will go with a bang, if only the mood is right. : ) For nature and cleanliness, this is the Maldives, and Thailand is a special place! I already want to go back!
