The obvious advantage of the hotel is the location. Within walking distance - night market, fruit market, beach, shopping and entertainment centers. A little more than 7-10 minutes to the pier. The placement took less than 15 minutes. Even numbers overlook the pool, odd rooms overlook the night market and rock Thais all night. I lived in room 6035, there were no bedbugs. Linen was changed only 1 time in 10 days, towels were changed every day, new soap was added, and shampoo was diluted with water. The breakfasts are pvolne nutritious. various pilafs, spaghetti, chicken in sauce, fried eggs, sausages, delicious sweet heart-shaped cakes. Pastries, coffee, juices, water. From fruits - watermelon, pineapple. Wifi didn't work well. Safe on reception - everything was saved. There was also no money lost. I left gadgets on charge in the room - no one stole anything. sockets are suitable - adapters were not required, but you can rent them at receptions - a deposit of 100 baht. The balcony is very good - wicker chairs and a table - everything you need for an evening break before going for a walk. beach towels provided by the hotel - in holes, worn, it is clear that they have been used for more than one year. Sun by the pool only in the morning.
The staff is friendly, understands English and some Russian. Hotel guides are only interested in you if you book tours with them. To the left of the exit, in the corner, there is a scale, you can weigh your luggage for 10 baht.
Some helpful tips. I dined 1 time for comparison in the summer cafe of the hotel - not bad, but the prices are higher than in the Central Festival (basement), the Central beach is very dirty, you can sunbathe, I do not recommend swimming. Swimming - only on the islands. Ferry from the pier for 30 baht one way, speedboat - 200 baht per person one way. It is better to take the ferry on the left side, it will bring you immediately to the Tavan (Taban) beach, there is turquoise water and white sand. The most favorable price for jet skis is on the central beach - 30 minutes of riding for 600 baht. bike rental on the most favorable terms - opposite the Mike shopping plaza. (near boutique with massage). You need a copy of your passport. a fish market where you can buy seafood, your purchases will be prepared there. Leave the hotel, take a tuk-tuk (10 baht). Drive north to the dolphin fountain. Come out. change to another branch, which is to the right of the fountain and to the final stop (tuk-tuk 10 baht). Get out of the tuk-tuk and here it is, the market. Shark 120 baht, shrimp 250 and up, mussels 60 baht, crabs 350 baht and much, much more. Cooking 30 baht, boiled or fried to your taste. For an additional fee, sauce. If you take it with you, then everything will be packed for you.
On the beach street I work stalls with merchants - there you can buy dresses, jeans, flip flops, glasses, hats, and more, more, more, from 100 baht even cheaper than at the night market. Who needs stinkers in the car, they can be bought in the BIG C center (on the second street towards the north), on the second level. At the reception they give a map of Pattaya, use it to navigate. Have a nice rest and positive impressions from the hotel and the city!

The location of the hotel is superb. We lived on the sixth floor, I have never seen bedbugs... Do not skimp on tips! Leave a tip of 20 baht, cleaned every day. We have forgotten money in the room more than once, even a trifle if it is in the box has never disappeared. Friendly staff. Cool hotel. Basin is great! Breakfast is normal, though monotonous, but there is a choice. … More ▾ The location of the hotel is superb. We lived on the sixth floor, I have never seen bedbugs... Do not skimp on tips! Breakfast is normal, though monotonous, but there is a choice. Hindus - yes, there are too many of them, and the Chinese too, but without them, nowhere... If you get tired of the local cuisine, across the road from the Festival shopping center there is a Kalinka cafe on the basement floor, Russian cuisine is delicious and not expensive.

Bought for a convenient location and really regretted it! There is not a single free outlet in the room and it is impossible to charge the phone without turning off the TV! They clean up anyhow and then when you ask a hundred times. And the worst thing is BUGS!!!!!! ! The whole holiday itched and walked in sores! Worse hotel I have ever seen!. … More ▾ Bought for a convenient location and really regretted it! We rested for 13 days with the children, for all the time they changed 4 rooms, but the result is the same - the bugs, as soon as the light turns off, all living creatures begin to crawl out, they bit the children badly, me. In general, the holiday was completely ruined. To change the hotel, the hotel guide Pegas Tourist, said that an additional payment of 1000 USD would be required. … More ▾ We rested for 13 days with the children, for all the time they changed 4 rooms, but the result is the same - the bugs, as soon as the light turns off, all living creatures begin to crawl out, they bit the children badly, me. We ran at 4 in the morning and knocked on their doors and, despite the bedbugs, had a lot of fun (and we are 25-27 years old, all with higher education, and some with two... ). They lived on the 5th floor, occupied 5 rooms, only one boy was bitten, and small ants were observed in one room! But, in general, a pretty good hotel, they even twisted hearts from towels for us, and for 20 baht they even washed an ashtray!

We lived on the 11th floor in room 1116. In general, the room is normal, quite clean, we left 20 baht every day, they cleaned us and changed the bedding and accessories in the bathroom every day. The servants are quite peaceful, smiling, but we did not particularly turn to her, there was no need. At the reception, the workers, not to say that they were bad, were not rude, no, everything is fine, they are just somehow tired or tortured. Until you turn, as if they do not see, you must stand right in front of them. Well, that's okay. I liked breakfast in the morning, at least 10 dishes to choose from, plus eggs, scrambled eggs, fruits, vegetables, buns, jams for tea, coffee. We really liked the location. Well, it's like someone, I think. We are young, we did not want to live in prestigious hotels on the outskirts. And here is the center, everything is nearby. The festival is generally opposite, not far from Royal Golden Plaza, and other centers, there was a small market nearby, I liked it, the prices are normal, there was one place with children's dresses, I almost went crazy there, I didn’t even see such in shopping centers. Bought for my daughter for the whole summer. . The hotel itself, although located on the second street, but has its own courtyard, that is, you don’t immediately get to a busy street when you leave it, as we saw in other hotels. Trees, fountain, quite nice. The pool is ok too. For a 3 star hotel - I think it's pretty decent. One minus in our opinion - there were a lot of Indians, just crowds, they caused an unpleasant impression with their appearance, although I'm definitely not a racist, but still. It was especially infuriating when we had to get to the 11th floor, but you couldn’t wait for the elevator, because they were constantly waiting for the elevator to get from the 2nd or 3rd floor to the 1st floor, they always walked about 5 people, no less, that’s how traffic jams turned out since they mostly lived on the lower floors. Well, now about the sore! About bedbugs!! ! I spent the rest of my life calmly, not a single bug sourned me, I slept peacefully. But the husband was bitten for the last 2 days! Surprisingly, we slept together on the same bed! But even then, we blame it all on the fact that two days before departure, they began to repair the bath in the next room. It seems that Indians also lived there, they quarreled something. So, after this room was repaired, something was hollowed out in the bathroom and the bed was taken out to the balcony, and the bugs began to bite the husband at night. Well, in general, that's it!

We rested in this hotel from 21.03. to 04.04. 2012 with my husband and son. Read the reviews before choosing a hotel. . . I thought it might not be true about bedbugs, cleaning, etc.... Upon arrival, it turned out that everything was really sad. . . Settled in room 7036 overlooking the pool. The room is good but dirty. . . Moved the beds. . . under them dust balls. . . asked to be removed, just swept. The first night I woke up to check for bedbugs and was stunned !! ! Under the pillows and blankets sat handsome black bugs!! ! I hunted them until the morning, until I just passed out from fatigue. . . We asked to change the number. A day later, Russian-speaking Ken from the reception gave another number 4032, said that it was excellent and there were no bedbugs. And if they do, he will eat them! The first two nights were calm (checked several times a night). On the third I saw small translucent insects, crushed blood and the stink of bedbugs. . . In the morning the son was well bitten. . . They told Ken, he again changed the number to 3022, but he didn’t eat the bugs I collected in the bottle!? . There again everything was calm at first, but on the second night again small bugs. . . And not on a large bed, but on an extra one, which is placed for a child. In general, my son slept with me on a large bed, and my husband on an extra one (since he said that he should sneeze on bedbugs. . . ). But in this issue they (friends-bugs) appeared one or two and not every night. I assume that the bulk of the living creatures are in these extra beds. We also bought insect sprays and fumigators at the Festival. . . useless. . . Upstairs neighbors brought dichlorvos from Russia and poisoned them. In general, the bugs turned my vacation into night wars. For the last three days, I have been madly wanting to go home, but the thought that I would bring the bed bugs that have become my family completely unsettled me (but it seemed to pass, mmm). As for the service, they clean it every day, but it's bad. We washed the bath and the toilet ourselves (we bought Domestos). Sometimes they left 15-20 baht to clean up better, it seemed to help. Meals (breakfast only) normal-buffet, there is plenty to choose from. The territory is minuscule, only for sunbeds near the pool, no garden, no benches.... But for 3 * it will do. If you do not sit in the room, then the hotel is normal (except for bedbugs). A lot of Chinese and Indians (who just behave disgustingly). The hotel is in the center, there are many cafes and shops around. We ate at the Festival (it's across the street). There is a FoodPark, many different cuisines, for every taste (there is even a Russian one). Money must be taken in dollars in banknotes at a 100-favorable exchange rate. On First Street, closer to Walkin Street, the exchange rate is higher than on Second Street where the hotel is. We didn’t bother with excursions, we immediately took it from our tour operator.... In general, read and think. . . And the rest cost us 132.000 rubles for three. For such babos and with bedbugs !! !
