Hello! Let's start in order. At first we bought a tour, guided by the advice of a travel agent, which, in fact, we did not regret. After reading a lot of reviews about hotels and about this in particular. Lots of positives and negatives. We went to Tai already with some expectation of disappointment from the hotel. But. . . not everything turned out so clearly. Settled in quickly, without overlays. Everyone is friendly, everyone is smiling. The hotel is conveniently located, facing Jomtien Beach Road, relatively close to the beginning of Jomtien itself. There is no such hectic life as around the Jomtien Thani hotel, but on the other hand, there is a plus: there is much less noise and stench and everything is within walking distance. As the saying goes: "You go to the left - you will come to 7Eleven" (a shop, of which there are plenty in Pattaya), to the right - you will find restaurants and markets, etc. The building is no longer new - it is felt in everything: those who wrote about shabby chairs in the standards and bed linen with holes are right on all 100. There was both, but the linen is clean, the chairs are intact. We lived in room 203 - from the other end of the road and the beach and with windows to the courtyard. View - nothing - but quiet and peaceful. The room is cozy, the plumbing did not leak, there were no bedbugs and other living creatures. But the smell was still there. Small, maybe in other conditions we would not pay attention, but after all, we read a lot. . . With the general fucking humidity in Tae, the room had a certain smell of mustiness, or something.... After airing, he disappeared, but it was worth leaving for a long time - he appeared again. And no balcony. Safe and Internet - at the reception (safe-500 baht, returned 464 before departure, deducted 36 for something, Internet - 1 baht / minute), in the room - a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer and, oh class - a kettle (it happens not everywhere ). There are many TV programs, but there are only three in Russian: RTR and some local ones, or something - a lot of advertising about local stores. The air conditioner was in good condition, did not buzz and did not interfere with us. Cleaned daily, left 20 baht / every other day, nothing disappeared. 0.5 water per person, a bar of soap daily, shampoo, conditioner and gel, freshly dressed bed linen, and towels are always clean - two for hands, two for body and one for legs. We have never seen the cleaning process, so we don’t know whether they vacuumed it or not, but they removed the garbage from the carpet - that’s for sure. Rich breakfasts (from 6.30 to 10.30) - a buffet, more like dinners, were not in the hotel itself, but in a cafe next to the hotel. The food is the same type, but there was plenty to choose from, so it wasn’t particularly boring. The pool is nice but closes at 18.00 - very early. Beach across the road - 50 meters from the entrance - I can not say anything bad. People swam, but we went to Kolan Island and never swam on this beach: probably more because of prejudice: after all, again, I say, I read the negative that the water is dirty, etc. Tuk-tuk without problems - just wave, and sometimes you don’t even need to wave - it goes empty and stops, seeing that you are walking from the entrance towards Beach Road. In a word, those who want to get into the Hilton for the price of 3 * will be disappointed. For those who really look at things - it is quite suitable: clean, not flashy, decent, on a level. Like this. The general impression we both have with my wife is that the hotel is worth the money spent on it. However, do not be lazy and read the reviews of those people who have been to Pattaya more than once and in different hotels: you will have to climb Neta, but you will learn a lot of useful things. Throw away emotions (like - they didn’t look like that, they didn’t bow like that here), but a rational grain can always be found. It is possible, and we do not even doubt that with a scrupulous selection of this money, you can find a better option. Good luck to everyone who is going to Tai - you will not regret it. Bye!
