My husband and I went on a honeymoon, the area is calm, quiet, the sea is across the road, the exchange office is profitable, immediately to the left, when you exit onto the road, the food is very tasty, varied, the bar has excellent drinks, comfortable rooms, everything is convenient, many write that the disadvantage is - the lack of clothes dryers, but we believe that they are not needed there - I hung it on the balcony on the railing, and everything dried up quickly)) They are not cleaned very well, we had to ask for toilet paper ourselves. . . We had a wedding in Pattaya, and the organizers left us a marriage certificate at the reception, because we were at the sea at that time, so they didn’t want to give it away, they said that no one left anything, we had to connect the wedding organizers with the administrators at at the reception, it didn’t help, until, together with the organizers of the wedding, they found a secret translator, she made sure that they turned over all their drawers and tables, they found it, thank God, they gave it away))) They wanted to see the money. . . And the main question: When you check in, you pay a deposit: in the amount of a thousand baht or fifty dollars, so they didn’t return them to us, before departure, in the evening, they came from an excursion, there are no towels, only one thing, we thought we took it specially, like we’re leaving in the morning, one is enough, in the morning we come to the reception, they present for towels.... I was shocked!! ! The hotel guide from Pegas-Touristik, could not solve the issue at all (((Then they said that there was not enough water, although we always bought our own... in general, they work like pigs... they suck money stupidly ((( So -that if you go there, it's better when you check out, check the towels, go figure it out if they're not there, and take all the contents of their refrigerator from the room to the reception!! ! They have a good pool, by the way. . . That's how they ruined the mood in the end , although we had a better opinion about them, before this incident, we even scored for poor cleaning....
