Before leaving, I read the reviews listed below and based on this I chose the hotel.
Disagree with other reviews. what a varied diet you write, I don’t know, maybe different meals in different months. For breakfast, we had sour watermelons and sour pineapples from fruits and berries. minced meat with vermicelli, chicken and potatoes, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea, soup, croutons or pancakes with honey, small tomatoes and cucumbers, yogurt and this every day, and even sausages.
The location of the hotel is really convenient. But we decided if we go to rest in Thailand, then we will take a hotel in the city next to the pier to swim and relax in the clear sea, because. the sea is very dirty, and even local aborigines get the goods.
Yes, plus unwashed plates and mugs for breakfast.

Warning: if you want to take something out of breakfast, we do not recommend it will be expensive. Our compatriots took out 2 buns in this way, they brought a bill for 300 baht to their room (for comparison, a full meal costs 220 baht)
We stayed in this hotel from 12/26/2010 to 01/06/2011. There were four of us: husband, me, a 5-year-old child and a grandmother. Upon arrival, the hotel was very pleasant. The staff at the reception is polite, smiling, the hotel area is clean and comfortable. Upon check-in at the reception, 20 dollars are left. just in case something happens - whether we drink from their refrigerator or break it. Safe is free at the reception.
Our room was in a 4-storey building on the second floor. At the entrance to the room, we were struck by a bed for a child - in the corner of the room there was a mattress on the floor, we decided that it was probably necessary. Well, in principle, the room is even very decent: a large double bed, more or less decent furniture, a bathroom, everything is clean and tidy. We put things down and went to see how our grandmother settled. because in the room she had to live alone, she had two single beds, which later saved our child, and newer furniture. But we are not whimsical people, after all, we came to relax on the sea, to look at the country, and not to sit in the room and look at the furniture.
Of the 11 days in the hotels were only 3 days.

On the first night, we encountered an air conditioner that hummed so that it was impossible to fall asleep, and blew so that it was probably warmer in the freezer, attempts to adjust it were unsuccessful, so they turned it off and slept with an open balcony and mosquitoes. After this night with the air conditioner on for 40 minutes and spending the night on a mattress, our child fell ill with a temperature of under 40. Maybe this is how our child's adaptation went, but it seems to me that the air conditioner and the mattress on the floor played their part. After that, the child slept in his grandmother's room on the bed. Speaking of medical insurance: we were attached to a certain hospital in Pattaya, a call to the doctor's room was paid, so the child was taken to the hospital by taxi ourselves. At the entrance, we were met by a Russian-speaking employee (Russian is excellent) helped us complete the documents and immediately sent us to the doctor. The doctor examined the child and prescribed medication. After 10 minutes, we were given medicines - each jar was signed by the patient's full name, how many times a day to take medicine and dosage, and they also gave the reb. vitamin sachet.
The New Year was included in the mandatory payment for the voucher: I don’t know about others, but the Thais didn’t succeed in arranging a holiday for us. The holiday began at 18-30, the tables were set up on the parking area and the bus turn around, the floor was made of gravel and fine dirty dust, so it was difficult to walk on high heels, and it was impossible to dance at all, so probably the boards in front of the stage were laid for the dance floor . Local national ensembles performed and between them sang tayka under plywood. At 10 o'clock in the evening, all the tables with meals were removed, so while I was putting the child to bed, all the tables were removed and I was left hungry for the new year with an empty table. We approached the administrator and said that I didn’t have time to eat, after long negotiations they brought me French fries with fish, with the proviso that I was the only one who didn’t have time to eat. At 11 o'clock all the tables at which we sat were cleaned neatly and were empty. Regarding drinks: at the entrance, an improvised open-air hall was given a glass of juice, for some reason we didn’t get it. A bottle of any drink brought with you cost 1000 baht, which the local waiters were very vigilantly watching. Bottle of champagne 2000 baht.
Well, by 11 o'clock the people began to disperse, we tried and cheered ourselves up as best we could, so that the holiday that you have been waiting for and love for so long will still take place no matter what. At 12 o'clock there was a super-class fireworks, and the continuation of the disco with the removal of empty tables at which we were sitting, and at 1-00 everything was turned off and asked to vacate the room. The Russians were all indignant, but dutifully did everything that the Thais said.
In the three days that we had free from sightseeing trips, the toilet broke twice, for some they might think it, well, the toilet broke, what a master called here and fixed everything, in principle, we also thought so, well, what's the big deal when you flush water in the toilet pours the contents of the toilet onto your feet, well, think about it, well, wash your feet with soap in a bath with a broken shower and forget everything. We tried not to pay attention. We noticed that at the reception they smiled at us only when, for an additional fee, we asked to do something; otherwise, they met with no understanding from the administrators. They cheated at every turn - they showed the cost for services on the calculator 2 times more expensive. Thanks to the Tez Tour guides for warning me about the prices. Okay, all this is nonsense, we did not complain to anyone, the main thing is not to overshadow our long-awaited vacation. The fun began two days before our departure, when a bed for a child was brought to our room, and during the day they began to bring a full set of towels due to us.

The finish was absolutely amazing. When we checked in, they wrote down that we drank 2 bottles of water from their refrigerator, despite the fact that we did not drink the water that was brought to the room in bottles due to us for free and left a full refrigerator of water and food and drinks we bought when we left . Then I broke through, and I asked to call the hotel manager, to which I was told that there was no manager and he would be later. To all my indignations, the administration smiled and said yes, yes, yes, and that they did not understand what I was saying, then I asked for a book of complaints. The administrator pretended for a long time that she did not understand, then in the end she brought a questionnaire sheet in English. After our long explanations that she would tear this sheet and throw it away, she brought a transparent empty, plastic, sealed box, apparently for reviews. I filled out a questionnaire, wrote everything I thought about the hotel staff and the hotel itself, and put it in a box, which caused great indignation of the administrators.
P. S. in general, I liked the country very much, the tours are excellently organized, the country is very exotic and interesting. Everything was great except the hotel.
