They asked us to settle on one floor - in response, they pretended that they did not understand anything (not in Russian, not in English) and continued to fill out documents, put two people in a room on the 3rd floor and one in a room on the 4th. To the question: "Can I get a higher number? ", They typed "3300" on the calculator and already verbally: "Baht". Here's the math : )
In the future, the girls at the reception were just as "amiable", sometimes they did not even say hello in response. Strange and incomprehensible attitude. Only the young man was responsive and more or less spoke Russian.
The room itself is nice, big and clean.

However, the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The bed was not changed even once in 12 days. Towels were first changed daily, and at one point (namely, when we returned from a two-day excursion), we found that the towels had not been changed, the same ones were hanging - dirty. We went to the reception, asked to change (THREE TIMES! ), Changed only the next day when cleaning.
The floors were not washed often and it was noticeable, as soon as you walked around the room barefoot - your feet turned black...
There were also some interruptions in the water supply, but I think this is due to the heating baller. She ran either cold or hot. adjusting it to an average, comfortable temperature was almost impossible.
Breakfast pleased me twice: once they gave something like "carbonara", and the second time they also gave spaghetti, but more in their manner. The rest, I personally, could not eat. Therefore, for breakfast, I managed coffee and toast with butter and jam, fruit. Sometimes, but rarely, they fell on buns (at the same time, regardless of the time: we came early or at the end).
I think these are all the minuses, for someone, perhaps not significant, but for me personally, they are critical. I would not go to this hotel for the second time.
About the good:
The hotel is new, large and well maintained. The location, as they say, is quite convenient. Swimming pool - yes. I ran to him as soon as the opportunity arose, because the Pattaya Sea was not for me... : (
Only here they write that it is round-the-clock, but in front of us they posted an announcement that the pool is closed from 21 to 06. As they explained to us, it is cleaned and chlorinated at night, so the concentration of chlorine is very high, it is better to wait until the morning.
It's great that the hotel has its own small restaurant (prices are not the cheapest, but you can eat) and massage parlors. If it was raining from the pool area, we went to eat, and then enjoyed the massage!
Also, the laundry service was great! Really good prices for services. And it was nice to wash all the things for the road before the flight, after the previous flight. Including socks! : ) Then we received everything washed, ironed and neatly packed in a transparent bag!

If you are not particularly biased about what I wrote above, then this hotel is quite consistent with its price category. And given the fact that we only came to sleep in it, and then, because of the time difference, not for long, so generally a suitable option.
