We went with a 10-year-old spoiled guy to Thailand for the first time. They took a liking to Turkey, but this year's vacation fell in November, there was nothing to do, they bought Tai. They chose Biblio-Globus as the tour operator, which they did not regret for a minute afterwards. Upon arrival, we were met by representatives of the meeting party, literally like a kindergarten on cartoons))) Everyone was stuck with a sticker with the bus number, a necklace of orchids was hung around their necks, they counted heads everywhere and smiled))) On the buses, the transfer guide turned out to be very competent and cultured a boy who chewed and told everything in detail and interestingly.
We were presented with blue waterproof backpacks with the symbols of the tour operator, they had a folder for documents and a SIM card, though there were only 5 baht on the account, but later we easily and without problems topped up the balance in local shops within walking distance of Seven Eleven (7.11) As we understood, the name of the shops consisted of the mode of operation.
Our hotel was practically wall to wall with the Furama Hotel. The hotel is new, built in 2010. Three stars even somehow insulting to him. You can put a solid four. 30 floors, bright and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and bright. We got, however, with a view of the backyard. I didn’t want to pay extra at all, because we decided right away that we were only going to spend the night. The bathroom is ok, clean, everything is new. Towels and bed linen were changed daily, soap and rylyny also put new ones every day.

Despite the fact that I used them only once, they were consistently, as well as toilet paper, neatly placed on a table in the bathroom))) Balconies in all rooms, but now the global problem for us was the lack of a clothes dryer, equally, like the ropes. I had to hang it on the hanger on the air conditioner or in calm weather on the balcony railing, but these are, of course, trifles. There is an ashtray in the room, a tea set too (kettle, tea cups, can opener), but the problem was the lack of a table and chairs on the terrace. The neighbors solved this problem easily, they just gave us a bottle of vodka and the whole crowd! Thais instantly dragged a table and an armchair))) In the room on the wall there is an LCD TV and everything else is according to the standard of hotels. Elevators are fast, pool is clean. Towels are given out for free at the restaurant by the pool, they have a special magazine where you need to sign up, and then, when you hand over the towels, then find yourself and cross it out.
The dress code is required to be observed only in the restaurant, if you walk around the hotel in a swimsuit, then no one will say a word. Palm trees are planted on the roof, but they are not allowed to go there, even for vodka))) the maximum is to climb to the top floor and admire the city from a bird's eye view. The pool is open around the clock, at least we swam at night and no one said a word to us. The illumination of the shared bathroom is turned off at 22.00 and the issuance of towels stops, so you will carry out all water procedures after this time at your own responsibility. Breakfast from 06.30 to 10.30. Quite tolerable, European, basically, the set is standard, except for some dishes. There is enough space for everyone. It does not make sense to take something out of the restaurant, since there are many inexpensive and tasty taverns near the hotel, and along the entire coast.
The hotel has an exchanger, there is a favorable exchange rate, spa and massage parlors, laundry (very inexpensive) on average 30 baht per item, but in addition to washing, it will also be dried and ironed and packed in a special package. Opposite the laundry there is a small cafeteria. An elderly Thai woman works there, she cooks well, but in Russian and English, not Shegelme-Bugulme at all))) She has to explain for a very long time what is required of her. Oh, I forgot to add: the room has a free safe, a refrigerator and a price list for drinks from it is in the same place. Two bottles of free water are placed daily next to the tea set. We bought a 6-litre canister of plain water from the laundromat and didn't sweat the whole holiday. We ate in all the taverns on Jomtien, but in the end we stopped at the uncle, who is next to Manop. How to get out of the hotel, turn right, walk a little and before reaching the Manop sign 20 steps there will be a tavern, at the entrance there is a vat of fish.
Here he really has everything fried and steamed properly, a cheerful and smiling aunt cooks there, looking like Donna Rosa from the series))) Be sure, when you try everything, order fish. They don't say its name, but we got everyone hooked on this fish. She is breaded and boneless. (Mmm, salivating))) To the left of the hotel, right away, there is a girl selling fruits. He gives everything for testing, drags a little in Russian and bargains well. Before leaving, she packed us fruits as needed and chose them especially for the flight. Swimming in Jomtien is not recommended, but you can, because it is one of the cleanest. But at low tide, you will see that the sewage from the storm drains flows there. If the desire disappears, then you can just wander there late in the evening. In general, our Jomtien was relatively calm compared to other streets and beaches.

We traveled and went around the whole of Pattaya, all the parks and gardens that the tour operators offered, only on our own. A tuk-tuk costs 10 baht (10 rubles), you sit on it and calmly get where you need it, if you need further and in the other direction, you can take a tuk-tuk like a taxi. Just immediately show on the map and trade. Our most expensive trip, like a taxi, cost 250 baht for six, we went on our own to Nong Nooch. Time is unlimited, no one is in a hurry, they put their wear everywhere and took pictures. We made it to all the show performances. The tour operator offered this tour for 650 baht, but, as we were told later, time is limited and everywhere at a gallop. The hotel guide was Enver. Extraordinary beauty boy, polite, cultured, with a good sense of humor. True, we did not buy a single excursion from him, except for the surcharge for the gift, but he, in my opinion, was not upset. Before departure, I called, asked how the rest was and wished a happy journey!
))) It seems that everything was briefly told. There will be questions, ask, I can help. Good luck to all.
