The hotel is very good, I liked the service, food, and this is important for us, because two children are 5 and 12 years old! Attentive staff, Thais are generally very friendly, I liked Phuket very much, we were in Thailand for the first time, before that we went to Egypt and Turkey, then we decided to go with "Absolute" to Thailand.

The rooms are spacious, convenient location - everything is nearby, and massages and spas and entertainment, a special approach to children, attentive and most importantly safe. I wanted to leave a review for this hotel. In the winter, we stayed there as a family with two small children. . The nature, the weather, the island and the hotel are wonderful. Stunning panoramic view with folding glass walls! Balcony around the perimeter of the room. Having folded the stained-glass walls, you find yourself alone with nature on the seashore, while sitting in a luxurious room! First coastline. True, there is no access to the beach. The hotel doesn't have it at all. There is on the territory of the neighboring hotel. You can go through the slums, past the dwellings of the homeless and the destruction from the tsunami. Extreme! Or through a nearby hotel (not close). There is sand. The rest of the coastline is coral! Very strong tides. You can enjoy the view, but do not swim. There is a shuttle to other beaches for free. Not a very convenient schedule. Nice little pool. There is no territory at the hotel. We didn't take food as we had an apartment. The hotel is very good. But there is a fact that crosses out all the advantages of this hotel. They brazenly steal money from the safe there!! ! On the second day of our stay, a very large amount of money disappeared from the safe. The safe was opened without any signs of breaking while we were at the water park. Naturally, we did not take a lot of money there. They left everything in the safe. My daughter had a birthday! The evening was ruined! The receptionist behaved defiantly, contemptuously, rudely and arrogantly! She stated that they would not clean our room anymore! And this despite the fact that we just checked in yesterday and we had to live with two children for another 2 weeks! It turned out that she has a key that easily opens the safe without a code!!! ! Assistance they were reluctant to watch video cameras, creating maximum inconvenience for us and not allowing us to watch. In the end, there were no results. The guide offered to call the police, which should have completely ruined the holiday. I didn’t want to spend my entire vacation in the police without knowing Thai. We never found out who took them. . Throughout the holiday, the attitude of the staff at the reception had nothing to do with "smiling Thais" and was extremely negative and contemptuous. It's like we robbed the hotel. It was very unpleasant. And each time spoiled all the splendor of this country, the island and the hotel. They poisoned the ants right in front of the children when we were away! Although they themselves were in protective suits. We have been to Thailand many times and I have always been delighted. But this is the first time! She managed to spoil all our attempts to enjoy the holiday. There was an impression of a well-established "safe business", where everything is thought out and calculated on the fact that tourists in such hotels do not count money! And we are the first to do this. The hotel is 5 out of 5, and the staff is 0 out of 5. After that, they flew to Pattaya, everything is fine there. Both hotels and staff. Nice, very quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every hour, the "shuttle" of Jo Patong (Jangzilon) departs. If desired, there is a "shuttle" to Kamala. For those who are accustomed to Turkish hotels - this hotel is not for you! Nearby there is Nacalei beach (no man's). The only beach in the whole island with a long pier.

For those who are accustomed to Turkish hotels - this hotel is not for you! Nearby there is Nacalei beach (no man's). The only beach in the whole island with a long pier. From there you have an amazing view of Patong. Small place for swimming and sunbathing. The rooms are spacious and clean. Who rested in Thailand will understand. All vacationers (except for a few European drunkards) arrived at the hotel late and fell into bed to sleep. So, the hotel area, a small pool and a modest cafe at the hotel were the least of our interest! To come to Thailand and hang around in a hotel - NONSENSE! I assure you, for two unforgettable weeks of rest in this paradise, the hotel plays a secondary role! If the hotel is the most important condition for you - go to Turkey, you have nothing to do in Thailand !! !

The pool is tiny, the water is very heavily chlorinated (although the water is the same in the pools of other Phuket hotels). Room service was disgraceful. Constantly, either towels, bathrobes were not changed, or washing supplies were not put, then tea, coffee, water, etc. Even tips did not help. Although, when contacting the reception, everything was immediately brought. Once the maid turned on the air conditioner for min. temperature. As a result, by the time we arrived, such condensation had fallen that the windows were completely fogged up, and everything in the room was wet.
On the positive side, we can note the presence of a kitchenette (a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator came in handy), two laptops with free Internet access at the reception, free transfers to Patong and Kamala beaches.
