Stayed at this hotel in January 2008. The hotel is positioned as 4 *. But even with a big stretch, he does not fit this category.
I have been to Thailand more than once, but I did not expect such disgrace from Thai comrades.
The hotel is located three hundred meters from the beach of Patong Bay, and this is the only positive characteristic.
The furniture in the rooms is dilapidated and the upholstery is so greasy that out of disgust, before sitting in a chair, I spread a towel. Although I paid extra for a superior room, I can imagine a standard one.
The quality of housekeeping is disgraceful whether you leave a tip or not.
Balconies are not cleaned by definition, when he drove in, he was covered in dust and bird droppings. In two weeks, the amount of litter only increased, despite the fact that I made comments to the staff and asked to be removed.

The service is completely slow, you can wait 20 minutes for an ordered drink at the bar, although the number of visitors does not exceed 10 people.
When I asked at the bar to write down the bill to the room, they constantly tried to include a 10% surcharge, like for room service.
I could only dream of my usual Thai friendliness. You were just stupidly not noticed at the reception until you yourself turned to the staff or said hello first.
For included breakfasts, I stopped going on the third day of my stay. I think that a normal person cannot eat fried bacon for two weeks in a row, scrambled eggs and sausages.
From baking only croissants with butter or jam. And for dessert, melted cheese. Of the fruits, there were only pineapples (apparently the variety was grown specifically for this hotel, they were so dry) and watermelons (we must pay tribute to delicious and juicy).
In the evening there was nothing to do in the hotel, because there was no entertainment.
Prices in the hotel bar and restaurant are simply astronomical.
A bottle of beer in the store costs 30 baht, in the minibar of the room - 40 baht, and in the hotel bar 110 baht, drunk in the same way from the bottle. Nothing to say about other drinks. 4 tequila grams of 20 - 30 and 2 cocktails - 1800 baht.
Next to this hotel was the hotel of the same group Club Andaman Beach. There is a completely different picture. Large well kept garden.
Various shows and live music in the evenings. Unfortunately, we had to watch it through the fence when we returned from the city to sleep in our hotel in the evening. The bar and restaurant here closed at 10-30.
I do not recommend spending your holidays in this hotel.
