We arrived at the hotel early in the morning. Although they scared us that upon arrival we would have to wait until 12 o’clock for check-in, we were lucky, we were seated at 8 in the morning as soon as we arrived. Everything is fine, they gave wreaths of jasmine and orchids, towels for refreshment, it was very nice.
The hotel area is just 5 ++++, everything is in flowers, immersed in greenery, ponds with fish, turtles, pleasant music sounds on the territory. Wonderful playground. During our period it rained every day. therefore, the surface of the playground was sometimes damp, but not where the slides/swings are. The coating does not stink : ))) Excellent restaurants. Here is the only remark, the summer terrace began to work only from 11 am to 5 pm, I would like it to start working at least from 10 am. You swim in the pool and you want to drink, you have to climb out of the water and go to the beach in another restaurant.
The staff is just darling!! ! The maid cleaned us without any complaints, without any tips, even we didn’t even know that we should leave a tip : ))) And on the balcony, including, even our things were cleaned on the table. Thanks a lot!
The waitresses are just kindness itself. All the waiters in the restaurants just did not blow off the dust particles from us. Fulfilled every wish. The food in the restaurant is excellent, you can safely go with a child, you won’t be left hungry, there is EVERYTHING: omelettes, pancakes, pancakes, buns, scrambled eggs, milk cereals, milk soups....you can’t list everything....meat, vegetables, seafood, how many fruits are there?
In the morning, afternoon and evening, they are engaged with the children, playing different games, in the evening there is a disco and then cartoons on the big screen on the seashore. Well done animators, children are crazy about them!
I recommend to families with children. And don't listen to the kids getting sick in this hotel. We traveled with our 5 year old daughter and 7 month old son. Both children swam in all the pools, neither of them picked up anything.
