We went with my husband and a three-year-old child, as well as my sister with a three-year-old nephew and two more nieces (13 years old), in short, the company was big.
It was my first overseas trip. So I have nothing to compare with, just describe the impressions.
The lobby seemed very beautiful to me: cozy sofa beds, a nice fountain.
Our family decided to take a superior room with two beds. As the agency told us, we will have a room with a sea view. upon arrival there it turned out that they do not have such rooms at all. For example, the view from my sister's room was much nicer (over the pool) and it cost less.
The rooms are beautiful, with a large loggia, TV, refrigerator.
Upon arrival, it turned out that something had happened to our room and they gave us another room for the night and treated us to a free dinner for this. Dinner, however, was Thai (I did not really like it).

Then we were moved to our room. Every day you left a tip of about 20-30 baht, and the agency also promised us that for the tip the staff would give us various figurines from towels, but this was only on the day of arrival. They didn’t clean our room any cleaner, and in general they didn’t change the accessories very carefully, they constantly forgot something.
As for nutrition. Breakfast, like everywhere else, was a buffet. I liked the breakfasts, lots of choice and, in principle, delicious. Sometimes we also dined at the hotel, but for lunch they cooked there so-so, and it was also expensive. I would especially like to note the staff of the restaurant: very smiling and hospitable.
About the territory. There are three swimming pools, one large (relative to the others, in fact, not very large), one smaller and one paddling pool, there is a children's room (also so-so), a gym, a games room (with table football and billiards).
And the most important feature (I don’t know, minus or plus) is that in order to get from the beach to the hotel, you have to walk decently uphill, and this is hard, especially when relaxing, in the heat and with children.
Well, a few words about the beach. I have never met such a good beach before (later, however, during excursions around the islands, we met even better). The sand is white pleasant, the water is clean, the sea is moderately wavy.
Well, excursions. It seems to me that you should not spare money on them, Thailand is worth it. Unusual nature, incredible beauty of the island and interesting culture. I fell in love with Thailand. This is truly a magical land!
