We rested in this hotel from June 20 to July 5 with a group of friends, through the tour operator TEZTOUR. Initially, I had a Superior room, I was settled near the utility block, where from 6 in the morning Thai cleaners began to talk loudly and rattle all sorts of crap. On the third day we went on an excursion to the Phi Phi Islands, returned closer to 7-8 pm. . . when we entered the room we saw that the safe had been opened, all the money was gone!! ! We urgently contacted the reception and called the guide without touching anything in the room. To which we were told that the problem would be solved tomorrow morning, the police would come, etc. In the morning the problem was not solved, the police did not come, I started calling the guide. . By 3 o'clock in the afternoon we arrived at the police station and with his help wrote a statement. This did not help the case in any way, these freaks did not even come to the hotel to inspect the room and check the video surveillance cameras! At the reception we were told that the cleaning lady was the last one in the room, they say she could not do this. Complete absurdity!!!!! ! The next day we were moved to another room, in which even the TV was like in Soviet hotels, completely inconsistent with what we paid money for, after a few more days we were moved to a better room. We did not quarrel and tried to quietly solve this problem, we were stupidly given a shit both by the hotel and by our agency. They tried to call Moscow and complain directly, they turned away from us in the same way. They littered the floor of the vacation, disrupted the entire nervous system. As a result, he spat on everything, after a couple of days he moved away and continued to rest. This is my second trip to Phuket, the first time I rested in a worse hotel, but this was not the case and there were only positive emotions. This time there was such an unpleasant aftertaste that I no longer want to return to this country.
