Rested from 13 to 24 March 2014. The hotel is a solid "four". However, there is practically no territory - a chest-deep mini-pool between two buildings located inland from the road that separates the hotel from the sea.
There are a hundred meters to the sea, but the road you have to cross to get to the beach is quite busy. I was hit by a man with a moped. It looks like the man is still alive.
Wi-Fi is free, login and password are issued for the period of stay at the reception.
The room is clean, big TV (no time to watch, of course). There are a couple of chairs and a table on the balcony. Removed daily. Tipping left within 50 baht (1 baht = 1 ruble approximately).
The breakfast buffet is quite tasty, though not too varied.
The exchange office is to the left of the hotel, 3 meters away. In general, the exchange in bulk. You can also exchange rubles (100 rubles = 86 baht), dollars ($100 = 3220 baht approximately. The exchange rate is floating).

There are a lot of cafes around, 30 meters on the right is a market with local rags and souvenirs.
Cellular communication is cheap if you call local numbers (0.7 baht / min), landline (city) phones (Moscow, Moscow region 3-4 baht / min. ). Calling cell phones to Russia is expensive! About 20 baht/min.
In general, I can recommend for a beach holiday.
