The rooms are excellent, spacious, two TVs, two telephones, free wi-fi (take your login and password at the reception). If suddenly there is no connection for several hours, then the username and password have been changed, you just need to ask for new ones. The kitchen has a stove for cooking, dishes are brought free of charge at your request. There is a kettle, mugs, a set of tea, coffee, cream. New ones are added every day. Bath, shower. If you got a room without a balcony - no problem - right in front of you is either a terrace covered with grass, with tubs of blooming bougainvilleas, or a pool (who gets what). The sea, unlike other beaches, is calm, because the bay hides from strong waves. But on other beaches, red flags were often seen - swimming is prohibited. There are no checkboxes here. . Breakfast is always great! Lots of fruits, pastries, fresh coffee, milk, drinks. You can dine in the same restaurant, or cheaper in two cafes on the beach. I do not advise the first cafe, but the second, farthest, turned out to be closed by the end of our vacation. I really hope that it is temporary, because last year we dined there, and this one too. And people don’t really go to the first cafe, it’s somehow wrong there, it’s hard to explain. In the second, the attention is different, and they always try to make you feel comfortable. It must be felt. There is no entertainment on the beach or grounds. The hotel is more suitable for a relaxing holiday, and for families with children, because you can’t pull them out of the sea, there are no waves. The service guys are always smiling, always friendly, always ready to help. You can also leave the hotel by taxi, but for this you need to go towards the second hotel, there is something like a booth-hut, where the phone numbers of taxi drivers hang on the wall. They themselves are not there. We traveled with the same man for two years, his name is Mr. Sack. Nevertheless, we were received calmly, the doctor examined our son very gently, prescribed treatment and immediately gave us pills for fever, antibiotics and some other things. The service is excellent, it takes a long time to explain, but in Russia...........In general, everything is well organized. . Do not be afraid if you suddenly get sick and need to see a doctor. We communicated with the doctor in English, but he also showed us Russian phrases on his tablet so that we could understand it better. Many more impressions. Be sure to take both free tours of Phuket, as well as a wonderful excursion to Khao Sok - a national park. This is elephant riding, rafting on the river, enjoying nature, silence, etc. Go to the islands too. If the weather is bad, the tour will be rescheduled or the money will be returned. We couldn't go to the Phi Phi Islands because of our son's sore throat, we got our money back when we provided a doctor's certificate.
