I love Thailand, we rested there in Pattaya and Phuket. The hotel is good, although not new, a beautiful beach, with palm trees, there are monkeys, very funny. When they played badminton, they came to watch and the hotel employees fed them bananas, papaya (By the way, they didn’t eat papaya, only bananas, they snickered, in general). There is a monorail to the beach as the hotel is on a hill. There are few Russians, mostly Europeans. There are hotel excursions to neighboring islands (they are taken on a pretty decent boat), you can spend the whole day on the islands, there is a cafe where you can have lunch. We went there when there were low tides in the daytime (this was already written in previous reviews), I personally did not bother. There is a schedule in the room, and you can plan the time when to be on the beach and when to go on excursions, it is very convenient. Of course, it’s a bit far to go to Patong and the Central Festival shopping center, but you get peace and tranquility in return, and when you want to party, you take a taxi and go. The food is normal for this category of hotel (In Thailand, there is no stardom, or rather, it is conditional for us). We were, for example, later at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia, where, of course, breakfasts are much more varied, but the hotel is also more expensive. So if you don't pick too hard, everything is OK. By the way, I recommend visiting the zoo, in Phuket it is small, but good (take a taxi, you can get there without a travel agency).
