The hotel is very good and in a great location. We rested with a child and I can safely say that he is very well tailored for a family vacation. There are a lot of pluses, a few minutes from Karon Beach, which we in the family consider the best in Phuket. Very developed infrastructure near the hotel, many different cafes, small restaurants, shops, mini-markets, pharmacies, exchange offices. But the hotel itself stands in a quiet place, a large area with several swimming pools, including a rather big children's one. A very important point for many parents is the cleanliness and care of the pools. I can assure you that this is being carefully monitored. Irritation on the skin was never, and poisoning, too. The water is clean, it does not stink of bleach, you can safely swim for both adults and children. Lots of greenery, very nice. Decorative bridges, picturesque paths, an excellent children's pool with an artificial grotto and several slides. Children's animation at a good level, the children were always fun and interesting. And overall great service. . Russian-speaking staff will help resolve all issues that we almost never had, but what we asked for was resolved very quickly. And it was the service that became the decisive factor when choosing a hotel. The room is settled immediately upon arrival, or as the room is vacated from previous guests, but we did not wait. The room is very spacious, in some places traces of fatigue are visible, but this did not affect the quality of rest or sleep. Our room had a view of the mountains, the forest with its scent of pines, and the profile of the "Big Buddha". There were small drops with water, and these are all significant drawbacks of the room. Cleaning daily, plenty of towels, bed is always clean. The whole set of shampoos, gels and cosmetics was replenished every day, a kettle with tea and coffee set, bottled water. And one more thing, the room was not cleaned at the same time, which is not always convenient, but only during our absence in the room. The breakfasts are excellent, even the child managed to make a variety in the diet. Porridges, omelettes, vegetables and fruits, salads, fresh and stewed vegetables, noodles, potatoes, meat also tried to diversify. Good yogurts, cereals, nuts and God knows what else. More than enough for a hearty and varied breakfast. If you wanted something native, something homely, then next to the hotel is not an expensive cafe of Russian cuisine with meatballs and borscht. The hotel is excellent for children's rest, and we liked it no less.
