There are flip flops and umbrellas in the closet, a free safe, and internet only in the lobby is free, but the speed is good. They bring two bottles of water and a coffee-tea set every day, beach towels need to be thrown on the floor in the room, then they will be changed to clean ones. The room is cleaned daily, without much diligence, but wet. The territory is generally super, you will not often find a hotel of this category with such a large and beautiful territory. Several pools for adults and children even include a Jacuzzi. When our travel agent suggested this hotel to us, we agreed immediately. And most importantly, the service is excellent, in addition to the fact that the price turned out to be low, taking into account recent incidents, even lower than the cost of the tour operator, and even they could contact him with any question during the holidays, when contacting and asking something from the tour operator always causes difficulties. If we talk about hotel service, it is also on top. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the beach for free from 10.30 to 14.00, we went only a couple of times, mostly we walked, it was nice to take a walk. Walk for a maximum of 15 minutes slowly with the child. This is before Kata. You can walk or drive to Kata-noi, I highly recommend it. The beach is gorgeous, not big, the sand is white, and there are almost no people. Kata itself is the most for children's recreation. The entrance to the water is gentle, the child swims perfectly. The hotel also has entertainment for children. A good kids club, and even films with cartoons in the open air in the evenings, it was not boring. I advise you to take only breakfast at the hotel, because all establishments open around 11, you don’t have to eat before, but dinner and lunch at the hotel itself is more expensive, better in a cafe. The breakfasts are excellent, the choice of dishes is good and everything is always fresh, it is not difficult to have breakfast with a child. Fruits, yoghurts and pastries are just super, the rest is standard, and even that is delicious. I can safely recommend the hotel for any vacation, there is a place and the location of the hotel is excellent, we were very satisfied.
