The building is very long, 400 meters. We got room 4113 (this is at the very end of the building on the 2nd floor). The staff is very friendly, welcoming. Everyone always says hello. They gave us a backpack with a map of the island and useful information + a local SIM card. It is very profitable to call Russia using it. From them we went on a free sightseeing tour.
