Apparently, they immediately decided to conduct a sightseeing tour of the island)) They brought it to 14:00, i. e. to settlement. But I had to wait another hour - almost until 15:00, although according to the rules, room cleaning takes place at the hotel from 12 to 14 hours. The staff is clearly incompetent. It seems that an hour is not so long, but not with a total travel time of 20 hours (they flew from Moscow).
The location is great - everything is within walking distance. The beach, shops, cafes and the main street are within easy reach - 5 minutes on foot. Tuk-tuks were not used - the beach in Patong was more than enough. About the beach itself - it was clean, the sea is warm and also clean.
The food at the hotel is wonderful - breakfast for 10 days is not tired! ! This is a huge achievement on the part of the hotel))) A varied table of fruits and main dishes.

Wi-Fi in the hotel is free, but the signal is very weak. It's easier to do Internet surfing in the Orange cafe. There is a cafe at the exit of the hotel - the food is tasty and inexpensive.
The cleaning of the rooms is disgusting. At first, they left 20 baht each, but when they saw that even the floors were not swept and the tables were not wiped, they decided not to leave any more money. In general, secrets are lazy to work, or 20 baht is no longer money for them. )).
The air conditioners seemed to be normal, but inadequate - we had two paired rooms, so in one the conder blew constantly and at the very minus, and in the other, God forbid, it gave out 26 degrees. In general, the equipment in the hotel is far from new, so whoever is lucky)
Two swimming pools at the hotel with a depth of 1.6 m and a small one for children. I didn’t see almost anyone at the pools - all the vacationers went to the sea in the morning. Towels were received at the reception and until 19:00 they were handed over according to the rules of the hotel.
Excursions were taken on the street from Alexei, which is next to the hotel - you will not pass by. Sociable guy from St. Petersburg. But besides excursions to the islands, only quad rafting is worth attention. The minus of all excursions is that they take you to the mainland for 150 km. There are no tours on the island. If you want good excursions, go to Pattaya. There is only the sea and the beach.
In conclusion, I will conclude that the most important advantage of the hotel is its location. I would return to it again - most likely yes).
