The beginning of the rainy season was not terrible at all, it rained for the whole time, probably 5.6 times. They start quite abruptly and end just as quickly, lasting about 10 minutes, then the sun immediately comes out. Showers are possible at night. The sky was overcast for 2 days, which did not bother us at all. High humidity is also not annoying, you get used to it pretty quickly. There is one advantage at this time of the year, there is no insane influx of tourists, on excursions, in restaurants, on the beaches you will always find a place for yourself without any crush. Now directly about the hotel. The hotel is good! Its huge advantage is its own beach, nice, clean with amazing white sand. The sea, however, is already beginning to worry and will not calm down until the end of the rainy season. But we rode the waves from the heart, the children, of course, will not be able to swim. The same waves were in Karon and Patong, the hotel area is quite large and green. The staff is attentive, patient and very friendly. . There are several restaurants on the territory where you can eat, the cuisine is quite normal. In the evenings, entertainment programs take place in the restaurant in the pool: singers, dancers. You can spend a good evening at dinner, if you don’t have the strength to go somewhere. Breakfasts there are completely standard European, nothing special, but everything is fresh: cheeses, pastries, eggs in any form, porridge, yogurt, pancakes. . . Just enough, they even diversify a little. But there are no freshly squeezed juices, or rather there are beakers of 50 grams at the entrance to the restaurant in the bossaine (1 per person)! It's all 5 stars. There is also a spa there, in my opinion there is none, nevertheless it is there. The hotel has its own taxi service, it works until 24.00, prices: to Patong or Karon 300 bad. Outside the territory there are also taxis for 100 bads cheaper, but there will be some kind of wreck, and in the hotel there is a Navaya Camry melting with an air conditioner and a driver in uniform, choose for yourself. There are also several shops, a studio, a gym on the territory. In the evenings in the lobby of the hotel they sell all sorts of handmade souvenirs. Rooms. What about them, we took with a direct view of the sea, here we were in for a not very pleasant surprise. The view is beautiful, but the rooms themselves are quite shabby! There was no repair there for a long time, and its area is, well, not very big. Friends lived in rooms overlooking the garden and pool, here they are brand new. It can be seen only after the renovation, but not very comfortable. White walls, white low ceiling, it feels like a bed has been put in a very small office space. The rooms were well cleaned and very clean. But often they can disturb, then they will offer a tea set, then additional towels, then aromatize the air in the room. . . The hotel has an air-conditioned room where you can use a computer, there are new large Apple monitors, free wi-fi in the lobby, chargeable in the rooms. Now infrastructure. behind the hotel, in fact it is not. There are 2 taxi services, 3 massage parlors, an exchanger (by the way, the highest rate of all where they changed, so I advise you to change there), a shop and a small cafe. Everything! You have to go to all other places: both to Karan and to Patong, about 5 minutes each, by taxi (there is no public transport anywhere). It is impossible to walk, you will need to go along the road, they drive there in such a way that it is not very safe! There is nothing much to do in Karon, in Patong it is much more interesting and there is more of everything. It makes no sense to go to the beach there, your own hotel is much better and there are no outsiders. There is not much bargaining in Patong. center, and a wonderful seafood restaurant "Savoy", go there in the evening you will not regret it. That's probably all, I will not describe the impressions of this country, there will not be enough time! I wrote only dry facts, so as not to confuse anyone. But in general I want to say the hotel is very worthy despite some disadvantages, there are more pluses. From what Phuket has to offer, this is one of the best options that is not far from all the infrastructure.
