There is no territory, a swimming pool on the roof, they did not go up there. From 18.00 to 03.00 there is a bar on the roof (it was noisy, but through the guide they asked to reduce the noise - it became quieter). We do not recommend dining at the hotel restaurant - despite the low prices, the food is not tasty and it took a very long time to cook. There are plenty of cafes nearby. The farther from the sea, the cheaper. Near the hotel there is a wasteland where locals live, a garbage dump and homemade boars are walking. But you get used to it and in the future you do not notice.
Beach - walk to the beach for about 15 minutes. You can not call the sea dirty - brown sand gives a dark shade to the water. Sun beds are paid - 100 baht (100 rubles for our money - the exchange rate of dollars as in Russia. The nearest beach is Coron, we went by taxi or tuk-tuk (our minibuses) for about 10 minutes. The sand is white, the sea is azure.
Eat - lunch in cafes near the beach. Near the hotel in a wasteland closer to the road there is a self-service cafe where you cook yourself (119 baht no matter how much you eat). It works in the evening, I will not write how to eat in it - you will find Russians in it - ask or look at the locals.
Others - bargain at the clothing market - divide the price by three and boldly bargain (200-300 rubles is the red price of all summer clothes).
Outcome - This hotel came as a result of the bankruptcy of the tour operator, with whom they were going to Vietnam. Along with the Russians, both the hotel and the beach of Patong are full of foreigners who are satisfied with both accommodation and the sea. Normal hotel "to spend the night" for little money.
