We rested in Phuket for 2 weeks in this hotel and I can say that this is a wonderful place! The quality of the rooms (we lived in a villa) is excellent! Everything is there, everything is in excellent condition. Drinking water is supplied every day, shower accessories are replenished if necessary, and the room is cleaned as on the day of arrival. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help.
For those with children, it is possible to leave the child in the children's room - children 4+ are free of charge, up to 3 years old - with a personal nanny 200TNV / hour, and carve out free time for yourself, go to the salon))
The territory is beautiful, large and green. 3 excellent clean pools and on the very territory it is very pleasant to take a walk. The sea is across the road - the beach is not bad, but there are a lot of people and there are no umbrellas and sunbeds for hotel customers, you need to take money on the beach for money on the same conditions for everyone, because. the beach is not private to the hotel.

For myself, we also ordered excursions from a local company, not from the operator, I liked everything and it was cheaper. We had a wonderful rest, I recommend Phuket and this hotel.
