Great hotel, clean and well maintained area, helpful staff. Special thanks to Shevket for help, attention and resolving issues. The hotel is very good. The staff is attentive, active, always happy to help. Interesting children's animation, there is no time for children to be bored. Well maintained pools. The food is varied, very tasty and for every taste, pleased with the rolls. The hotel area as well as the rooms are cleaned every day. Sea across the road. There are plenty of places to eat or shop near the hotel. Interesting night markets. For little money, you can update your wardrobe. We plan to return in the future.

The hotel is located in the northern part of Karon Beach, one of the best beaches in Phuket, famous for its "singing" sand. This means that the sand is fine, white and creaks underfoot. It is located in a quiet place, but walking distance to the central streets with many cafes, bars and shops.
The beach is right across the road, sun loungers and umbrellas can be taken there for 200 baht.
The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed, a lot of greenery. The hotel has three swimming pools with a maximum depth of approximately 1.5m, one of which is for children with a slide. All pools have small bars where you can have a bite to eat and drink soft drinks. There is a sports hall with modern equipment and a spa-massage salon.
By the pools you can always find a free sun lounger and ask for a free towel.
There is a children's room with toys, a large plasma TV, but all cartoons and films are in English. A small library with various literature in different languages. You can leave one child under the supervision of a teacher (English speaking).
We stayed in a family room, quite spacious and comfortable with
a double bed, a bunk bed for children, TV, there were also Russian channels on TV. Everything we needed was a kettle and fridge. Shower combined with toilet.
Breakfast is good, includes various cuisines, lots of fruits, so there is a choice. The staff is smiling and friendly.
WiFi is free but unstable.
For themselves, they also ordered excursions from a local company with Russian employees. The child was delighted with the trip to the Khao Lak nature reserve, there are elephants, monkeys, a lot of impressions. We also went, or rather, floated to the Phi Phi Islands in a speed boat, there are beauties!
