We visited the hotel with an inspection as part of a promotional tour of Thailand.
The hotel is a chain one, so we expected it to be good by definition, but we were pleasantly surprised with the reception. Beautiful, clean, smells good, they are greeted as dear guests (followed the arriving tourists), everything is as it should be in a hotel of this level.
