Hmmm. . . well, we turned on the air conditioner and immediately ran to the shower. What was my surprise when I got out of the shower, and the CONDER DOES NOT WORK, BLOWS HOT AIR, COOL!! ! We called the reception, they told us that the master would come and check the freon.

I HAVE A QUESTION: HOW DO THEY HAVE NO SPARE NUMBERS FOR ANY CASE. I'm going downstairs to deal with this situation, as I was politely sent on the phone and told that the administrator needed to work and hung up.
