The hotel arranged a transfer for us. When we arrived in Phuket, we were met by the driver, holding a sign with names in his hands.
It was especially pleasant, because the time was 22-00, and the Air Asia flight was delayed by 1 hour.
The hotel provided a room, but when I checked in, I didn’t like that this room was without a balcony, and one of us was a smoker, and after the beach things had to be dried somewhere, I turned to the reception, the next day in the morning we were moved without any delay to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, without any extra charge on our part. Everything is very clear and organized. We went to Thailand for the first time and booked everything on our own, without travel agencies. Therefore, we were very worried, suddenly something was not taken into account.
