A huge plus of the hotel is that it is practically new, built a year or two ago. The rooms are fresh, comfortable and quite spacious. There are rooms with and without balconies. We had a room with a balcony but the balcony is tiny but you can dry your clothes. Furniture new plumbing too. The sockets have sockets for charging phones. The air conditioner works silently. Everything you need is in the room. Free safe, refrigerator, kettle for tea and coffee. They bring two small bottles of water. Bed linen, towels and, in general, all textiles in very good condition, cleanly laundered.

The bathroom has a shower with a ceiling and regular watering cans. There is a hair dryer. There are no water interruptions. All bathroom accessories are replenished regularly. There is shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, cotton swabs, soap. The room is equipped with a modern notification system for cleaners. Cleaning is daily and high quality. Noise isolation of the room is ok.

If you need an iron, alas, it is not here. Beach towels were already in the room and they are changed when cleaning.

Free internet catches in the rooms and everywhere in the hotel. Works good. There is no territory as such. And why is it needed. There are two small swimming pools on the roof of the hotel. From there you have a good view of the sea and the lake. The pools are shallow and there are few people there. There are loungers. The main disadvantage of this hotel is the breakfast. If the breakfasts are varied, I can safely consider this hotel one of the best inexpensive options in Karon. There is practically nothing for breakfast. There are only two types of fruits. In general, toast, eggs, sausage and, well, little things. There are no pastries. In general, very scarce. On an early excursion, you can take a lunch box, but it’s also not about anything. The hotel staff is polite but nothing more. They are not rude if you smile, they will answer with a smile, but you can’t say that it’s directly friendly. But they do a good job, although they are reluctant to make concessions.
If you want to check in earlier, pay extra otherwise wait for the check-in time.

We were taken to the room, explained in English what was where. Nobody speaks Russian. Tipping is not begging. In general, everything is on the case without flattering, but to the extent that it is necessary and no more. In principle, we didn’t need anything from them except for the precise fulfillment of their duties. So thank you anyway.

And finally, a few words about the location of the hotel. Very well located. To the sea 3-5 minutes. Walk along the picturesque lake. Nearby there is infrastructure. 7-Eleven, laundry, several cafes, a pharmacy and an exchange office. To the street that goes from the ring for 7-10 minutes no more. In general, everything is close. We are very pleased with the hotel, especially the rooms!
