We took a room for 2 with 2 beds, of course, the bed turned out to be one, because they didn’t care about your requests. We had HB + food, on purpose, it took a long time to find out from the tour operator what this would mean, they answered that dinner was a buffet and any drinks without restriction. Upon arrival, it turned out that for dinner you can only order 2 dishes and 2 drinks, while a glass of water is already considered a drink. The menu has cocktails and various alcoholic drinks that you are not allowed to order, only 1 type of house wine and beer, everything else is not for you. If you are a simple visitor from the street, then when you come to dinner after 18:00 you get +1 the same drink that you paid for and ordered. If you paid for dinner and drinks in advance when buying a tour, then this option is not for you, apparently your money is some other, not so valuable and you need to pump more out of you by any means. How can a girl wipe her whole body and dry her long hair with one towel? Bathrobes, slippers, hair conditioners, body lotions, cotton buds, shower caps, etc. - only in the imagination))) There are a huge number of mosquitoes in the hotel and in the canteen, no one fights them and does not provide any means , I was bitten all over. I approached in the evening to clarify whether they would give me at least some kind of breakfast, 4 people immediately refused me, after I began to insist and explained that we had paid for my friend’s dinner, which he would no longer receive, because he left earlier, my breakfast and his breakfast, which also flies by and you "good people" can not provide me a lunch box?? ? One of the waitresses took pity and promised to talk to the manager, in the end, with a fight, I achieved my "chic" breakfast. At the same time, take away is not provided in the canteen, and you cannot bring food to the hotel, this is fined, apparently due to insects, but, for sure, many violate this. In general, in the evening I talk with one of the managers about my departure at 4 in the morning, as I understand that it will obviously be useless to look for responsible employees at this time. No one deigned to call and wake me up, everything was on my own, but ok, although with a smart look I wrote down that the check-out was at 4, they say you need an "alarm clock", like in normal hotels. Then I ask about the deposit, when can I get it back? He tells me only at 4 am tomorrow, well, ok, I think he will leave a warning to the night administrator. Morning comes, I check out of the room, at the reception there is already another person who pretends not to understand me. He takes the keys and goes to inspect my room, returns from the check and shows that everything is ok. Here he starts a new song and says that he gave a deposit to my friend who left a day earlier, but at the same time there was no inspection of the room and I still stayed there and could cause some damage, in general they are obviously bullshit, only I wish I left faster and froze about money. I say that you didn’t return any money to my friend, because I personally went out to see him off and put him in a taxi, and then this creature makes a knight’s move and says that I gave him a deposit the day before he left! WHAT? Or maybe you gave him a deposit a week before moving into the room? Not?? ? My indignation knows no bounds and I say that last night your miracle colleague told me that the deposit would not be returned even a couple of hours before departure! He was taken aback and starts to run after me, while I get into the car, I said that I don’t want to talk to liars and I will write about this incident, he says “sorry”, but no one returned the money.
