Vacationers!!! ! If you decide to go to this hotel - better overpay the money! This location does not correspond to the indicated price at all.
1. The reception staff is impudent, boorish, the manager is generally hysterical.
2. The rooms (Deluxe) are terrible. The light is barely on, there is only one window, and then it goes to the trash, which is collected during the cleaning of the rooms. On requests to delete - we get promises.
3. when leaving the room - the stench is indescribable.
4. Burnt sockets at the level of the bed, it is dangerous even to sleep.
5. They don’t wash under the bed at all, in the corners there is such a coating of mold and dirt that it’s scary to walk barefoot.
6. The bathroom is covered with some strange stains. Washed only in flip flops.
7. The curtain in the bathroom is neither fungus nor mold.
Initially, we thought that we would take 3 * only with breakfast, we would eat outside the hotel. They themselves are not picky. But when they saw it - there was a shock!!!
In general, my advice to you - if there is an alternative - choose not Royal Crown 3 *.
