Rested in this hotel 02/20/2018-03/01/2018.
We bought a tour from Pegas Touristik. Superior room.
We were given a room on the fourth floor, without a balcony, under a roof. Leaks on walls and ceiling. Above the window the roof is at an angle, the room is dark. The glass is cloudy, covered with lime. The room overlooked the balcony of another room. Where they smoked all the time. The room had two light bulbs on two paintings, one light bulb above the mini bar, and two light bulbs in the toilet. There was no more light.
Our room (415) was behind the wall from the cleaner's room. There were always trolleys for laundry and chemicals at our door. Once we were barricaded with mattresses. In the evening, if we returned at about five o'clock, then piles of dirty linen and towels lay in the corridor, apparently for sorting.
There were also trash cans on the corners of the hallway. Considering that our number was right after the turn, the basket was at our number.

There is also something in the hotel with an elevator. He either overheated or something. In the morning he worked well, from lunch the attraction with the closing of the doors was already beginning.
Upon check-in, they took a deposit of $ 100 or 3.000 baht equivalent. The travel agency did not tell about this, they found out about it upon arrival.
We asked to change the room. At first we were refused, then they gave us a choice of a room overlooking the river under a bridge over this river, or a room by the fire escape with a blank wall with air conditioning and the construction of a neighboring hotel. Then, after long negotiations, we were offered a room on the first floor in the corner of the pool behind the restaurant kitchen. What we have also unspeakably formed. The hotel manager explained that the superior room is the cheapest room in this hotel, so he can't offer anything else. We were not allowed to pay extra for a standard room or a sea view room, citing that they were all occupied too.
A few days later, the hotel administration offered to go for one day to another hotel at their expense, then return to this hotel again. Like compensation. We refused, because there was no desire to carry things back and forth. Then it is not clear who will pay for the taxi.
There were three more Russian couples in the hotel, we talked to them, they also had problems with the rooms. They also asked to be relocated.
The representative of Pegasus was nice to us until we refused to go on excursions. Then she got rid of us in just five minutes. She also refused to solve the problem with the number, citing that the hotel has its own rules and she cannot influence them. We didn't see her again. She was late for a meeting with us for half an hour without explanation. The meeting time was set at 2:30 pm. We were not very comfortable waiting for her at the reception, because the reception in this hotel is on the street, fortunately, under the roof. It seemed that her task was to sell as many excursions as possible.

Opposite the hotel, the river flowed into the sea, then there was a pier with boats. It took twenty minutes to walk to the beach. The sea is dirty, muddy. Plus, in the sea, something was constantly digging into the body, like needles. Someone said that it was plankton, someone said that it was microcrystals. I didn't want to swim in the sea. Then there were small red spots on the skin.
The sightseeing tour of the city, which is included in the price of the tour (as it turned out upon arrival) is not a sightseeing tour of the city, but a sightseeing tour of expensive shops and factories, where they try to sell you junk and convince you that it is the edge you need. Sadly lost day.
They flew at night. Arrived around 11:30 local time. We changed the airport of arrival from Phuket to Krabi (because of the Chinese ng. Chinese 80% of tourists). This is + 4 hours by bus and a half hour stop. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, dead, the day was lost.
But we tried to be positive. Not far from the hotel there is a market where they cooked very tasty and inexpensive. We also got fruit there.
The massage at the hotel is amazing. We went to the traditional Thai after arrival to recover, and after sunburn with cooling oil. And some more from head to toe. They are all head to toe. This is the topic. My son even fell asleep.
Breakfast at the hotel is standard: toast, eggs, porridge. But oatmeal is just amazing. It was impossible not to eat it. Unrealistically tasty, steamed, viscous, without lumps.
