If we consider the hotel, so to speak, under a microscope, then there are almost no shortcomings. In short, the service for this class of hotel is excellent, and the location is good. Now I want to paint, in more detail, about the advantages of the hotel and small disadvantages, which are practically non-existent, and they do not affect the overall picture. The most important thing for our family was the developed infrastructure around the hotel, because going to Asia and just lying on the beach without feeling the local flavor, smell and taste of spices, I just don’t see the point. In any case, we try to choose a not expensive hotel, but with excellent service and a good beach, preferably not so far from the hotel itself. Sugar Marina and five minutes from the beach, even with a child, and next to all the benefits of civilization)). There is also something to see nearby, I recommend going to the Wat Suwan temple, not far from the temple there is a good Karon Temple Market, which starts working in the evening, where you can buy fruit and try Thai cuisine in all its glory. Not to mention the fact that there are many different cafes, massage parlors, a pharmacy and exchange offices near the hotel, but be careful, you can both find a good rate and miscalculate well. Food in most cafes and restaurants is not expensive, but always very tasty and satisfying, and most importantly, variety. Karon Beach, in my opinion, one of the best in Phuket. There is no garbage and noise, as in Patong. The sand is always clean, creaks a little, it is also called "singing". Sun loungers and umbrellas are paid, but you can take a bedding and a towel from the hotel. The sea is also clean, it was fun to swim when there were waves, it takes your breath away)). Once again, I will focus on service. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, the check-in to the room is almost immediate. At first they wanted to move us to the old building, but after a thorough, more detailed examination of the room, we asked to be moved to the new building. Our room was changed at no extra charge, which could not but please. The room was brand new, with good repair, furniture and appliances. Cleaning is also excellent, a lot of fresh towels daily, there are even bathrobes. Safe and bar in the room for free. A standard set of household appliances, a good quiet air conditioner. More than enough food for breakfast. There was a complete set with eggs, appetizers, salads, a couple of soups, delicious coffee and an excellent rich selection of fruits, although a little boring in the end. And finally, about the territory of the hotel. There are two swimming pools, one of which has a small jacuzzi area. The pools always looked clean, splashed in them several times with pleasure. There is a lot of different greenery on the territory, everything is clean and well-groomed, it is pleasant to be. Excursions were taken in the hotel itself, it turned out a little more expensive, but without fear for the consequences.
