Real review. I am a person who loves comfort on vacation, but I do not find fault with trifles. We chose from networks that are aimed at children's holidays, as we traveled with two (8 and 5 months). After reading good reviews about the hotel, there were few bad ones, and otherwise about the road through which you need to go to the beach, in the latest reviews they began to write that they put a traffic controller, so there was no doubt to go to the hotel, thinking that to spoil the rest in Phuket (and there were we are here 8 times) can’t do anything, so we boldly flew in the off-season (August 8-29). We love to eat fruit and the warm sea. But it was not there. To say I'm shocked is an understatement!
Despite the fact that the hotel is adapted for children, there is absolutely nothing to do with a stroller in this area, from the word at all. Construction around! You need to go down to the beach on clay stones or on meter-long steps in a cafe Near the beach. You can eat only in 3 places near the hotel... everything....there is nothing nearby, the hotel is cut off from civilization.
The biggest shock for me was that three days later we still hadn't eaten fruit! To which you need to take a taxi and go. There is nothing on the beach, only a few cafes, to which, with a stroller, it’s actually hard to drive on the sand. There is no Family March, no 7 Eleven, not even a pharmacy. I do not advise you to go to such a wilderness with children.
The tour operator Biblio Globus refused to change the hotel without additional payments, so they began to adapt somehow, but the rest was spoiled and very limited.
