I usually don’t write reviews, but since I couldn’t find any details before choosing a hotel, I decided to write. Stayed at this hotel for 11 days in January 2022. We arrived in the evening so we were seated right away. There were problems with the room, with a sleeping place for the child, but this is a mistake of our travel agent, the Thais should not be taken at their word... they promised that there would be a sofa in the room, but upon check-in they asked for an additional fee. place 500 baht per day.
The hotel itself is located on a mountain. Tiers. if you have small children and you are with a stroller, this is not an option... BUT Tuk-tuk constantly runs around the territory, it’s hard to walk even up to building 4, not to mention 8-9 and villas. We were settled in building 4, which is approximately the middle of the territory to the top. At first we didn’t understand how lucky we were and then we appreciated the beauty of the location. . . in our block there was an elevator that everyone went up to the 4th floor, then across the bridge to another block, then up the stairs one floor up and you are already at BREAKFAST in the restaurant . Here in the restaurant in the evening for 549 baht per person there is a buffet. Above the restaurant there are several more buildings 8-9 you can climb to them by ESCOLATOR or from the 1st block (lobby) by Tuk-tuk.
The beach near the hotel is bad. . . you can take a picture and watch the sunset, but you can't swim. 10-15 minutes walk to Patong.

IN THE ROOM: everything is old, worn out, and dirty. . . shabby mirrors, terrible plumbing, rusty smudges and dirt. The sockets ate to hold on, there is a kettle, but it is impossible to put it on, the sockets fall out. I had to take an extension cord and put everything on it that I can. There is very little light in the room, it is dark and one table lamp is broken... we had to fix it ourselves. And the SMELL is just a song. . . a constant smell of dampness and mold. Almost no clothes were hung in the closet, it stank most of all from there.
The territory is beautiful... The pools are cool, we swam in everyone in turn... before lunch we went to the sea after going to the pool in the evening in search of food... from the hotel on the right side in the evening come shopkeepers with Thai food, very tasty, but the fish small and expensive, they went to Patong for it there and the size is larger and cheaper and there is a small selection.
There is almost no fruit near the hotel, only in one tray next to the supermarket.
Attention PCR - this is another quest... upon arrival on the island at the Airport, PCR is done, after 8-10 hours the result comes to the mail. Then on the 6th day you have to go and take the 2nd PCR yourself, the guides don’t care how you get there and how you pass it, you do everything yourself, the taxi is very expensive, look for those who also have to take the 2nd PCR on this day and take a taxi together (red minivans near the road). We passed the next stage of the PCR quest before departure.
I warn you that any member of your family or company can get a positive result... regardless of whether they are sick or not, vaccinated or not, have symptoms or not... So I advise: take additional insurance for staying in a quarantine hotel. Ask your travel agents about it, they don't talk about it themselves.
Repeated PCR costs about 3.000 baht, if you are a contact, then accommodation in a quarantine hotel will be at your expense.
Conclusion: if you want comfort and cleanliness, then you are not here. BUT if you like large areas and many pools, flowers, greenery and it's not a problem for you to walk up the hill... THEN I RECOMMEND.
Look at the photos, draw conclusions, be careful with PCR... and rest to the fullest.
