We stayed at this hotel from 02/17/12 to 02/29/12. We went with my husband and two children aged 4 and 8. Initially, they did not want to go to this hotel, they asked the travel agency for another hotel, but they persuaded us, showed beautiful pictures, which in the end did not correspond to reality. It's the policy of travel agencies to populate empty hotels. We had big complaints about the location of the hotel. located on the outskirts, very far from the sea, you can't get there on foot. We had a transfer to the sea, went to Patong (10-15 minutes by car). The hotel was not fully populated, there were days when we lived alone in our building (the hotel consists of 4 buildings). Mostly Chinese lived there, no Russians. The hotel has two swimming pools: one on the roof of the main building, the other near the second building. The only good thing was the number. Large room with two bedrooms living room and kitchen. The kitchen, of course, was not useful to us, because. came to rest, not to cook borscht.
What I didn't like about the room: no balcony! There is nowhere to dry things, and just go out on the balcony in the evening and sit. Although there were balconies in the building opposite. The room was cleaned every day, it was very clean, bed linen was also changed every day.
In general, a very boring hotel, so every evening we got out into the city either by taxi, or just walked on foot. There is simply nothing for children to do in the hotel, although we were promised a kids club, which does not exist and, apparently, will not. In the end, of course, we still had a good rest, went on two excursions: Fantasia and safari, the children really enjoyed riding elephants.
Again, of course, I would not want to get into this hotel, and would not advise anyone!
